Exercise Vigorously and Snore Less
November 30, 2020

Sleeptracker-AI data from over 100,000 nights of sleep shows that vigorous exercise — including high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — is associated with significantly less snoring in both men and women. Women snore less than men on average, but the benefit of vigorous exercise holds across both genders.
Snoring is a recognized precursor to more serious nocturnal respiratory events, making exercise-driven snore reduction a meaningful finding beyond sleep quality alone.
